Who is responsible for your data
Acrutimon is run by Headway Up AB (org. no. 559556-3262), Kamrergatan 7B, 211 56 Malmö, Sweden. We are the controller of the personal data you give us. Contact: hej@acrutimon.com, +46 76 249 71 66.
What we collect
- If you request staff or a consultant: company, name, phone and/or email, and the division, service, role, number of people, town, start date, duration and way of working you need, plus what you write about the need or project.
- If you register for work or assignments: your field, the roles you want, your experience, whether you have the right to work in Sweden, towns, when you can start and how much you want to work, name, phone, email, your CV if you upload one, and anything you write under Anything else. For IT and project management also certifications, a link to your LinkedIn profile, whether you want assignments or employment, your preferred way of working, and whether you want to work as an employee or through your own company. For construction and trades also the licences and certificates you give.
- If you apply for an ad on our job board: the same details, plus which ad you applied for and that you gave us the right to present you for that assignment.
- At the interview: we check your ID, work permit and references, and note that the check was done. Do not upload ID documents on the website.
Why we use it, and on what basis

How long we keep it
- Job seeker registrations and uploaded CVs are deleted automatically after 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Staff requests from companies are kept for up to 12 months if they do not lead to an agreement.
- Data needed for employment, contracts and bookkeeping is kept as long as Swedish law requires.
Where your data is and who processes it
- Hostinger runs our website and email. Registrations and CVs are stored in a protected folder on the server that cannot be reached from the web.
- Google (Gmail) receives copies of email sent to hej@acrutimon.com, including notices of new requests and registrations. CVs are not sent by email. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.
We only share your details with a company when it concerns a specific job or assignment, and only after we have told you which company it is and you have agreed. Some clients receive consultants through a procurement or supplier platform; then we send your details through that platform. We never sell your data.
Cookies and browser storage
The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The fonts are on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you visit.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a common format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hej@acrutimon.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
