You'll
- Solve advanced support cases on site with users
- Install and troubleshoot networks, servers and equipment
- Document and improve operations and routines
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience of level 2–3 IT support, networking or server operations
- Ideally certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft or ITIL
- Able to work on site at the client
